Anaara is a lifestyle property group dedicated to redressing the social and economic exclusion in property ownership and investment by dismantling barriers and creating access. We aim to build a global brand driven and largely owned by people of colour based on fractionalisation of assets to empower and grow communities and build generational wealth. Our platform enables first-time investors to learn and engage in real estate investment.
Our goal is to facilitate investment in real estate through fractional ownership in a transparent, efficient, and inclusive manner. As part of our mission, we are committed to curating a global portfolio of apartment hotels and vacation homes owned by a community of investors.
